Cara is Managing Partner and a member of the executive team at Sweater. Prior to Sweater, Cara was an investor at Chicago Ventures and Selwyn Ventures, focused on early-stage technology investments. Beyond her investment experience, Cara’s career has spanned the startup lifecycle – from launching her own business to driving growth at leading high growth ventures like Uber and NetSuite.

Matt’s career began at Qualtrics (Utah-based Unicorn) in 2014, where he learned to love enterprise SaaS. After his time at Qualtrics, he founded his own startup, building attribution tools for e-commerce merchants. Matt joined the Kickstart team in 2021 and recently relocated to Colorado to invest in pre-seed and seed companies.

Julie is a Venture Partner at the Frazier Group, an early-stage venture fund and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Techstars Anywhere and the Watson Institute. She has spent the last decade coaching and investing in startups. She is also the founder of Soul of Startups, and her thoughts can be found here.

Brandon is the Co-Executive Director of Seed Angel Forum, an event that brings Angels & VC investors together for quarterly Founder pitch events, but spends most of his time as the Chief of Staff at Forecastr. He is also a board member for the Deming Center Venture Fund at CU Boulder. Previously, Brandon worked as a VC/PE investor at ZOMA Capital, and founded the Fractional COO/Chief-of-Staff platform Quill Strategy.
