Visiting Boulder

Boulder Startup Week is organized by a bunch of folks that love Boulder and want to share it with others. Come visit! If you want secret bonus points, post in the comments below to let us know where you’re coming from.

By plane:

Fly into Denver International Airport. It’s white, and pointy. Hop on the AB bus which runs every hour. For $12, just get off at the end of the line. You are now in downtown Boulder.

Getting around:

Boulder is pretty small, and you can walk just about everywhere. If it strikes your fancy, rent (or borrow) a bike and explore the many bike paths. May we suggest: Boulder B-Cycle

Where to stay:

  • Hotel Boulderado. This is the closest to where the action is. It’s been around for 103 years, so they must be doing something right!

What else?

If our moms were telling you what to bring, it would be: sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket, and something to hike in (you love the outdoors, right?). 70 degrees during the day, 45 at night. You’ll do fine. Oh, and clean underwear. Moms like that.
